Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies

In peanut buttery mood? These cookies here will satisfy that craving. They are honestly addicting. If you read A Tale Of Two Cities by Charles Dickens, it’s like how Sydney Carton is addicted to drinking. I can’t get enough of these. I end up eating at least 5 cookies after they finish baking. Which is so bad. If i wasn’t on track then I’d have the biggest thighs ever.

Step 1: Preheat your oven to 375 degrees.

2 and 3

Step 2: Combine 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour and 1 teaspoon baking soda in a small bowl.

4and 5

7 and 89

Step 3: Beat 2 sticks of butter, 1/2 cup creamy or chunky peanut butter, 1/2 cup granulated sugar, 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. Once mixture is creamy, THEN beat in one egg.

Step 4: Add in chocolate. Okay so i didn’t have any milk chocolate morsels and I didn’t want to go out any buy any. So i just cut up some Candiquik chocolate and dropped it in. It worked just the same.

Step 5: Drop the cookie batter with a tablespoon. Press down on the dough. So you’re supposed to use glass and coat it with sugar. Then press down on the dough so it flattens with out sticking, BUT I was too lazy.

Step 6: Bake the cookies for 8 to 10 minutes or until the edges are set with the centers still soft.

Step 7: Cool cookies on sheet for 5 minutes. Anybody else watch Spongebob here?

Step 8: Remove to wire rack to fully cool down. Or just eat it right then and there.
